Mile repeats

Good. 3x(1mile at 8:10min/mile, 3min Rest Interval)

Soccer game going on with loitering undergrads all over the track. Not that there was trouble with them, they would clear the track when any runner approached.

Did the first lap a little too fast, but all is well that ends well.

The floodlights were on—nice. I had never run with floodlights on before.

Run happened on 1/28—little late posting this one.
